4. This guarantee is not valid for toner cartridges
5. This guarantee is not valid for refill kits
6. This offer valid for ink cartridges under $15 only
7. You have up to 1 year to return an ink cartridge
8. We will pay for shipping the new product back to you
9. You don’t have to keep the receipt - we can find it based on your name

   2. Your printer brand and model
   3. Your ink model number
   4. Describe why the ink cartridge is bad
2. Send the used cartridge back to us. It must be 70% full or more.
3. Send a sample print (if possible)
